This image fails to comply with WP:NFCC#8. It does not help increase the understanding of reader of the article in any way, it is not discussed in the article and unlike what the use rationale asserts, it is not (and cannot be used) for identification purpose.   • Keep - I'm just not seeing it, I believe it can be used for identification, and that does add to the understanding of the article. It helps associate MS-DOS with something that someone may have seen in a dusty corner of a computer room. I think that's good enough to be significant.
